2BR/2BA VILLA (sleeps up to 6p):  Magnificent ocean views from all rooms!  Located above prestigious Morningstar Beach (near Marriott), our oceanview,  non-smoking 2BR/2BA Villa has a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, living and dining room furnishings, Caribbean decor throughout, wide flat-screen television with cable and DVD, CD player, selection of DVDs, CDs, and books,  Air-Conditioning (A/C), Master bedroom with King bed, Second bedroom with Queen bed and sofa pullout,  2 full bathrooms, Cable TV in both bedrooms, and nicely furnished oceanfront balcony and courtyard. STUDIO (sleeps up to 2p): Our oceanview, non-smoking Studio has a comfortable Queen bed, modern bathroom with wonderful ocean views, rainfall shower, and travertine tile, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, living room furnishings (Futon sleeper), A/C, ceiling fans, wide flat-screen TV with digital cable, walk-in closet, and funished patio with magnificent ocean views ~ Perfect for 2. Available for long-term lease.

Washer & Dryer, Gas & BBQ grills, and free parking are centrally located to serve both units.
